I have been a die-hard customer of Parrotdise Perch for 14 years! I have tried many other pet shops out of convenience that claim to have bird sections and knowledgeable staff however they all fail (by a long shot) to live up to the vast selection of foraging toys, high-quality food, organic nuts/snacks, and rare advice that I get from Kathleen, the owner who the most highly knowledgeable person on the topic of Parrots I have ever spoken to; she has helped me fix many tough habits that my dear Amazon has had, she has gone above and beyond with her service and trust in me as a customer and keeps the most natural, organic treats/nuts. My Amazon and I live half the year here in Ontario and half the year in Europe; she is an expert on airline bird travel, permits, and all of the crazy logistics of traveling on a plane with a Parrot. If you're a Parrot parent, having a shop that provides it all in one stop and has someone of this caliber to advise you is an absolute must. She is also a bird owner of many decades, therefore she has not only just studied the topic, but she is also an expert by experience which is worth more than any book could ever provide! Thank you so much, Kathleen, you have saved me and my dear Amazon George from God knows what end more times than I can count.

Hope all is well, my name is Assal, and I came to your store on September 9, 2022, because I needed some supplies for my Green Cheek Conure. I mentioned that we were having problems, that I was on the verge of giving him away, and that the Parrot Sanctuary in Toronto sent me here in hopes of fixing the relationship. We spent over an hour talking and you gave me some great advice.

Recently visited the store - left VERY IMPRESSED with the level of service offered. Not only do they offer an impressive line of products for our feathered babies; but they also have incredible knowledge about the best possible care for them. I will continue to drive 45 minutes past plenty of other stores offering 'bird stuff' in order to shop here! The attention to detail is incredible - making sure to offer us the best possible products and guidance for us to keep our birds safe and healthy! Keep up the good work :o)

I just wanted to send you a little note to say a big THANK YOU for organizing and hosting the parrot seminars with you and Kristi Fleming last month. They were extremely enjoyable, with a fun, relaxed atmosphere, lots of valuable information, and a great environment to ask questions and share experiences with other bird owners. And of course, your lovely flock provides on-site entertainment! I can't wait for the next one!
Also, I'd like you to know how much I love shopping at Parrotdise Perch (in case that wasn't already obvious). Your selection beats any other store I've ever been to, hands down, and it's always so much fun to look around and see what's new. But what I really appreciate is the quality. It's so comforting to know that the people selling the products are so knowledgeable about birds; it's rare to find such expertise in most pet stores. You are always able to provide informed answers to questions and make excellent recommendations based on experience. And the fact that you take the safety of the products you sell so seriously really gives me peace of mind; you're helping me to look after the well-being of my flock! I know that you face a lot of competition, but Parrotdise Perch offers so much more in terms of the overall value of the experience ñ yours is a business I love to support!

Hello
Just wanted to let you know that we bought a Large Aviary cage during your early summer cage sale. We are soooo happy with it....it met and surpassed our expectations and looks wonderful in our living room and the birds are so happy now that they have room to fly.
