Shipping & Options
Order Status and Tracking Numbers
On your My Account page, click My Orders to see up-to-date order status for all the orders you have placed. Single items weighing over 10 pounds may incur additional shipping costs imposed by our supplier of approximately $17 US and will be added to the total shipping costs when completing an order. When an order ships, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking link. Your tracking number will also be visible on the My Orders page.
Canada & Continental U.S.
We do not add handling fees to your order. The shipping costs are generated by real time rate charts for Purolator, UPS, Fedex or Canada Post within Canada, and UPS or USPS within the US. They take delivery destination, package weight, package dimensions and chosen service level into account.
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO & FPO
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO's and FPO's will be billed actual shipping costs.
International Orders
All international orders must be paid by credit card. The currency depends on which location the order was placed.
Orders placed on the respective Canada and US websites do not have any customs and import taxes. Customs and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer when orders are placed on one of our Canada sites for shipment to the United States, or vice versa. Please select your location to avoid cross border shipping and fees. Please note that we are unable to mark any international shipments as “gift” on customs forms.
Drop Shipments
A few of the items on our website, particularly cages and playgyms, are shipped directly from our eastern warehouse or the manufacturer's warehouse which may impact delivery times and available shipping methods. Items that are drop shipped will be designated on the individual product pages. We will contact you for your approval of the shipping charges on these items.
Insurance, Damage, and Loss
All orders are shipped with insurance appropriate to the order value. Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping service. Parrotdise Perch does not assume any responsibility for lost packages.
