Order Status and Tracking Numbers

Parcels are shipped twice a week by courier, unless Canada Post is specifically requested. Orders received Thursday through Monday normally ship on Wednesday.  Once an order is packaged it is held while awaiting payment.  An invoice will be sent by email.  Please ensure to check your Junk Folder. Tracking is providing when a label is printed with an estimated delivery date.  The correct delivery date only gets updated after they have scanned the label which can be a day or two after receiving the tracking email.  Most couriers update the tracking on its website on the day of delivery showing it as "Out for Delivery".

Additional shipping charges of approximately may occur if a single item weighs over 10 pounds. These additional shipping charges will apply to food or other items over 10 pounds.

Discounted Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping of $10 when purchasing $80 or more toys or parts. and free shipping when over $120. Cost of insurance will be added to the invoice.

United States & International Orders

We do not ship to the United States or internationally.

Drop Shipments

We try to maintain a large inventory to avoid having to drop ship.

Insurance, Damage, and Loss

All orders are shipped with insurance appropriate to the order value. Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping service. Parrotdise Perch does not assume any responsibility for lost packages. If you have not received your package and fail to notify us you will be responsible for all costs.
