A natural unoiled sisal with food grade colouring is made special for the Parrot community!

It was so hard to find an unoiled variety safe for our Parrots!  Not to mention one that was soft, and easy to use in our toy making projects.  Please note that most sisal rope found in hardware stores is OILED and not safe for use in pet toys.

We have an easy to chew balsa toy that is So Simple.  The balsa squares are separated by one inch balsa cubes and dressed with foam flowers for added colour.  All this is strung on bird-safe wire and finished off with Palm Bows and small wooden beads.  If your Parrot is new to balsa, this is a great choice to get them started.  It is desighed for small Conures right up to Eclectus and African Greys Parrots.  Many other larger Parrots will enjoy it too..

These soft wood rectangular blocks are bite size for most Parrots from Senegals right up to small Cockatoos. Add them to replenish existing toys or create your own. Our Sol y Estrelles (Sun and Stars) Doble toy is designed for small Conures and similar Parrots. It is full of easy chew sola and Vine Balls and Vine Stars. Just add a few treats in the Vine Balls to make this a foraging toy.  We've added a little bit of colour and dangling fun with plastic chain and Wiggle Rings. Make your own perches with these bird safe hardware. Prepare your wood by spraying with alcohol and letting it dry under bright sunlight.  The natural sunlight is a disinfectant.  Trees and wood accessible by raccoons must be boiled for a sufficient length of time to remove all bark.  Baking will NOT kill the deadly virus left by raccoons that if transferred to your Parrot will cause death.
