Are you looking for a different treat for your Parrots? Try adding a chili to the mix.  Parrots love chilies.  We are not entirely sure why this is but we do know that they are not hot to them.  This is because Parrots do not have saliva that would release the capsaicin that makes chilies hot.  These imported Chilies from Europe are especially loved by Parrots.  They are fairly large, almost 2 inches round, and full of seeds.  They can be added to cooked food, birdie bread, or given dry.  Try putting a couple into a foraging toy and watch your Parrot work for their goodies.  Some Parrots will dip or soak them in water and others will crunch them to bits.  You may need to cut them into quarters for smaller Parrots.  Be sure to wash you hands afterwards or you may get some hot spots it you touch your face.
