PREPARATION

Hot Steeping Method
Steep 2 teaspoons of tea in 16 ounces (2 cups) of hot water for 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature before serving to birds. Tea may need to be diluted to be introduced to your Parrot. Remove the tea bowl within 24 hours. Refrigerated tea must be used within 7 days.

Other Method and Uses
Use tea as a substitute for water when making Bird Street Bistro food blends or you can sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of dry leaf tea onto your favourite Bird Street Bistro Parrot food. Provide a bowl of tea in a water form as well. You may use it topically for its anti-inflammatory benefits. Use a spray bottle to mist lightly.
