Heavy abaca rope is tightly wrapped on a wire to create a "Boing" that is a notch above the rest. This Parrot perch contains abaca fibers which are naturally moisture-resistant and durable. Always provide a comfortable perch for all your Parrots.  These cotton ropes can be washed and reused several times.  We have a cotton rope in every one of our Parrots' cages and a must in travel cages.  

To wash without losing the stiffness, place in the top rack of the dishwasher and add a tiny amount of dish soap along with a 1/2 cup of bleach.  Run the wash and rinse cycles then allow the ropes to dry a day before putting them back into the cage.

The Cotton Hoop is a perfect roosting place.  It has been designed for medium Parrots and enjoyed by bigger Parrots, especially African Greys, who love to unknot the cotton rope.</p>
