Order Status and Tracking Numbers

Parcels are normally prepared for pick up by Canada Post on Wednesday and Friday.  Orders received Friday through Tuesday may be packed sooner than Wednesday but not yet picked up.  Once an order is packaged a label is printed and Canada Post sends a tracking email with an estimated delivery date.  The correct delivery date only gets updated after they have picked up and scanned the label which can be a day or two after receiving the tracking email.  Canada Post updates the tracking on its website on the day of delivery showing it as "Out for Delivery".

Additional shipping charges of approximately $20 US may occur if a single item weighs over 10 pounds and additional shipping costs have been imposed by our supplier. These additional shipping charges will apply to 25-pound bags of food or other items over 10 pounds.

United States & International Orders

We do not ship to the United States or internationally.

Drop Shipments

We try to maintain a large inventory to avoid having to drop ship.

Insurance, Damage, and Loss

All orders are shipped with insurance appropriate to the order value. Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping service. Parrotdise Perch does not assume any responsibility for lost packages. If you have not received your package and fail to notify us you will still be responsible for all costs.
