Rinse and drain seeds twice a day and keep them in a colander or cotton bag at room temperature till sprouts begin to come out.  Sprouts should begin to appear within 24-72 hours.  After sprouts appear, store them in a plastic container and refrigerate to maintain its moisture.  Sprouts can be refrigerated up to 7 days.  Feed approximately two teaspoon per Parrot per day in a separate treat cup.  We recommend mixing sprouts with Egg Food on a ratio of 2 parts sprouts to one part Egg Food.  Watch them enjoy treats that are nutritionally good for them and an excellent booster for breeding aviary flocks.
