Although the Cabin Kennel is approved by U.S. airlines, Westjet specifies the use of soft sided carriers and may not permit this carrier for in cabin use. It's small enough to fit comfortably under the seat of the smallest cabin, so use it for air travel knowing the risk. This Cabin Kennel Bird Carriers has small slits in the sides of the plastic which allows you to see and easily monitor your Parrot.
