Remember when you actually found a real toy in the Cracker Jacks box? Even if it was a small plastic trinket it made us feel like we won a prize. Just think how your Parrots feel when they discover a soft chewy piece of wood or a string that they can preen inside their foraging box. It doesn't have to always be food to get the feel-good sensation of revealing a reward. That's right, it's not about keeping them busy or making them work. It's all about the emotional benefit of foraging. 

Our Bits & Pieces bag has plenty of leftover parts from our workshop.  We never throw anything away since our Parrots really don't care if that piece of wood is broken in half or the leather rope is too short for any of our toys.  Add the Bits & Pieces to our Foraging Boxes with some Fun Paper Refill and watch how excited they get with each discovery.
